CAPITAL PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

CONTRACT PROCUREMENT AND DECISION MAKING
- Procurement strategy, planning and design - ROI's, RFX's etc.
- Awareness of prevailing market and supply chain factors. Ability to flex and adapt to suit.
- Accredited NZTA tender evaluator. Extensive Engineer-to-contract experience.
MUNICIPAL INFRASTRUCTURE
- Four decades of experience across all asset types.
- Specialised knowledge of 3 Waters and community infrastructure.
- Understanding of asset operating and management environment.
DEVELOPMENT ENGINEERING
- Experience dealing with infrastructure issues associated with development.
- Ability to scale from single lots, through subdivisions to suburbs.
- Familiarity with RMA, Building Act/Code, Determinations, District Plans and Development Codes.
EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT
- Experienced at Emergency Management and recovery.
- Trained in CDEM – CIMS2.
- Participated in Edgecumbe and Tauranga emergency events – Operations Manager.
